As we welcome the dawn of 2025, China's international "circle of friends" has sent warm wishes to mark the occasion. Erik Nilsson, a seasoned American journalist who has been telling China's stories for 18 years, recently expressed his hopes in fluent Chinese during an interview with China News Network, wishing all his Chinese friends success, good health, and happiness.
Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 要解决这一问题，放松税收征管并非良策，因为这不仅涉及税务机关工作人员渎职问题，也影响社会公平，毕竟各地税务机关征管力度不一，将影响企业公平竞争，有违全国统一大市场构建。
中国名义税负一直高于实际税负。所谓名义税负是指企业名义上该缴纳的税费。由于征管、企业对税法理解等原因，实际上企业不一定足额缴纳法律意义上的税费。
另外，近些年受经济下行、大规模减税降费、楼市土地市场低迷等影响，地方财政收入受到一定冲击，而刚性支出有增无减。在财政收支矛盾不断加大的背景下，地方政府也有更大的动力加强征管，查漏补缺，依法依规征收该征收的税费。当然，税务部门也要同时落实落细减税降费政策，坚守不收“过头税费”红线。
